Deposit Policy: To secure your Model Program appointment, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. You can either transfer your deposit to a future appointment or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will also result in loss of the deposit.
